《针灸甲乙经》妇人杂病辨证论治规律的探析
Analysis on the law of syndrome differentiation and treatment of miscel-laneous diseases of women in A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion
摘要
Abstract
As a monograph of gynecological diseases inA-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,Women Miscella-neous Diseases contains rich clinical theories of gynecological acupuncture and moxibustion.The research shows that through the unique content arrangement,the article establishes the general principles of acupuncture and moxibustion treat-ment of gynecological diseases with the core of"not damaging deficiency,tonifing excess",and highlights the law of syn-drome differentiation and treatment of gynecological diseases through the way of part column points.By combing the content arrangement and point selection rules of the A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion·Women Miscellaneous Dis-eases,it is found that HUANGFU Mi has a unique law of syndrome differentiation and treatment for miscellaneous diseases of women.The differentiation of disease mainly from Chong,Ren,Belt,kidney,liver,spleen,stomach channels and liver,spleen,kidney three viscera.The etiology is mainly from cold,heat,dampness and stasis.The differentiation of disease mainly from qi stagnation,blood stasis,cold coagulation,heat obstruction.There are many diseases from excess and defi-ciency.In terms of treatment,the treatment principles of Yin disease treating Yang,upper disease treating under,supple-menting deficiency and draining excess are adopted,and the effects of near treatment,far treatment and special treating ef-fect of acupoints are combined to select acupoints.关键词
