热敏灸联合中药熏洗治疗寒湿痹阻型肩周炎患者的临床效果
Clinical effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in patients with cold-dampness impediment type shoulder periarthritis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in patients with cold-dampness impediment type shoulder periarthritis.Methods A total of 98 patients with shoulder periarthritis treated in Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(49 cases)and observation group(49 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,shoulder joint function,pain score,shoulder joint range of motion,ability of daily living,inflammatory fac-tors and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of Constant-Murley shoulder joint pain,activities of daily living,active range of motion,muscle strength and total score after treatment were higher than those of the control group,with statistical signifi-cances(P＜0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment,and the scores of anterior flexion,abductive,postextension and Barthel index(BI)were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation can improve the curative effect,reduce inflammation and injury,increase the mobility of shoulder joint,improve the ability of daily life,and be safe and reliable.关键词
