摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Santeng Tongluo Prescription hot compress combined with Yao-bikang Granules on lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods A total of 60 patients with LDH who were treated in the De-partment of Orthopedics and Traumatology,Wuhu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral Yaobikang Granules,and the observation group was treated with Santeng Tongluo Prescription hot compress on the basis of the control group.The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,Oswestry disability index(ODI)scores before treatment,1 and 4 weeks after treatment and the efficacy assess-ment of modified Macnab were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS and ODI scores of the two groups at 1 and 4 weeks after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the VAS and ODI scores of the two groups at 4 weeks after treatment were lower than 1 week after treatment,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).After 1 and 4 weeks of treatment,the VAS and ODI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion The applica-tion of Santeng Tongluo Prescription hot compress combined with Yaobikang Granules in the treatment of patients with LDH can significantly relieve the pain of patients,reduce the lumbar dysfunction,and improve the therapeutic effect.关键词
