Abstract
Objective To visually analyze the hotspots and trends of smart nursing in China in the past ten years,and to provide reference for clinical application and nursing research using CiteSpace software.Methods Periodicals with the theme of"smart nursing"included in CNKI,VIP and Wanfang from January 1,2012 to September 20,2022 were retrieved.The annual quantity distribution and journal distribution were analyzed by bibliometrics co-occurrence analysis system.Bibliometric analysis tools such as Excel,NoteExpress,CiteSpace 6.1.R3 were used to analyze authors,institutions,journals,keywords,emergent words,word frequency,etc.Results The overall trend of studies of smart nursing in China is increasing.A total of 941 articles were included in CNKI and VIP,Wanfang databases,including 237 core articles.These articles were published in 402 Chinese journals.The top three in terms of the number of published articles were Health Vocational Edu-cation,China Nursing Management,and Journal of Nursing Science.The largest number of articles was written by Zhang Jianrong(n=8),a chief nurse of Houjie Hospital of Dongguan.The institution with the most publications was the First Affili-ated Hospital of Anhui Medical University(six articles).The overall density and frequency of collaboration between institu-tions and networks were low.The research hotspots of the literature focus on aspects of smart medical treatment,smart el-derly care,smart nursing,and smart education.The trend of research in the last two years is smart education and wards.Conclusion The overall research on smart care in China has shown a growing trend in the past ten years.Smart nursing has been developing rapidly after 2018,and has received great attention from nursing staff.The main research institutions and authors are basically from university-affiliated hospitals.Most of the collaborating researchers are from the same institution,and the inter-institutional collaboration and communication are few.The top six ranked articles are basically nursing core journals.Research topics related to smart nursing in China has involved many fields of nursing disciplines.However,it still has great space and promising prospects in the information talent reserve,discipline cooperation,and the construction of relevant laws.关键词
