子宫内膜异位症患者核因子-κB相关miRNA的表达及意义
Expression and significance of miRNA associated with nuclear factor-κB in patients with endometriosis

Abstract
Objective To analyze nuclear transcription factors in patients with endometriosis(EMs)-κB(NF-κB)expression of related miRNA and its clinical significance.Methods A total of 60 patients with EMs admitted to Foshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 55 patients with benign gynecological diseases who were treated in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.All par-ticipants were tested for NF-KB-related miRNA126 and miRNA199a expression.The expression of miRNA126 and miR-NA 199a were compared between the control group and the observation group(eutopic and ectopic endometrial tissue),the expression of miRNA126 and miRNA199a were compared between the control group and the observation group(eutopic and ectopic endometrial tissue)in different menstrual cycles.Results The expression of miRNA 126 in ectopic endometrial tissue was higher than that in in endometrial tissue and control group,the expression of miRNA 199a in ectopic endometrial tissue was higher than that in control group,and the expression of miRNA199a in ectopic endometrial tissue was lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The expression of miRNA199a in proliferating phase was lower than that in secreting phase,and miRNA126 in proliferating phase was higher than that in secreting phase,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion The expression of NF-KB-related miRNA in EMs patients is abnormal,and it is involved in the occurrence and development of diseases.miRNA 126 and miRNA 199a can regulate NF-κB mediated sig-naling pathways play a role.关键词
