北京市院前非急救医疗服务现状的分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze the current situation of pre-hospital non-emergency medical services in Beijing and pro-vide reference for optimizing the allocation of emergency resources and promoting the healthy development of non-emergen-cy medical services.Methods The data of 180 203 medical records of pre-hospital emergency and non-emergency medical services from the Beijing Red Cross Rescue Service Center in 2022 were collected and analyzed.Results The existing non-emergency medical services mainly include four categories.The ratio of male to female is 1.07∶1.The top three diseases in the disease spectrum are neurological diseases(30.7％),orthopedic diseases(23.0％),respiratory diseases(9.8％).The proportion of patients aged 80-89 years was the highest.The proportion of elderly patients in the emergency group(age ≥60 years)was 58.7％,and the proportion of elderly patients in the non-emergency group was 81.6％.The age difference be-tween the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The separation of pre-hospital emergency and non-emergency medical services in Beijing makes the use of emergency resources more reasonable,and the demand for non-emergency medical services can be met.The existing non-emergency medical services,including the age,sex and dis-ease spectrum of patients,have certain epidemiological characteristics,which can serve as a reference for formulating effec-tive service standards and promoting the healthy development of non-emergency medical services.关键词
