Abstract
Joint electromagnetic spectrum operation is an important operation mode to seize the information dominance.It is of great significance to study the construction problems of its electromagnetic situation operation system.By studying the essential connotation of joint spectrum operation and analyzing the specific functional requirements of electromagnetic situation operation system,a system construction idea with distributed,modular and intelligent characteristics is proposed,and the system framework and hierarchical structure of the system are discussed,and finally the system capabilities are summarized and prospected.关键词
