Abstract
Affected by the rapid economic and social development,the acceleration of urbanization and the intensification of global climate change,China is increasingly affected by drought disasters.The construction of the drought relief emergency project is an important measure of the national water strategy in the new era,and a supprotability project for the beautiful countryside.Suiyang County,located in the north of Guizhou Province and in the middle of the Dalou Mountains,has a subtropical monsoon climate with water and heat in the same season.In recent years,during the continuous drought in 2009,2010,2011 and 2013,almost all of the local surface water sources have decreased or dried up.In 2010,there was a rare drought in history.In June 2013,the whole county had high temperature and little rain.The drought was serious,which made it difficult for residents to drink water,and many grain fields were affected.In order to solve various disasters caused by drought and to speed up the construction of drought relief emergency project,combining the prominent contradiction of engineering water shortage in Suiyang County,the article designs the drought relief emergency project based on the general situation of Suiyang County to ensure the quality of drought relief emergency project,solve the problem of centralized water supply for drought relief of rural residents in the project area,and play a positive role in local agricultural production.关键词
