Cultural perspectives on mental illness
摘要
Abstract
Although mental illnesses in western diagnostic systems have commonalities in terms of disease types and core symptoms across societies,mental illnesses are simultaneously culturally relative.This review summarizes the influence of culture on the formation,assessment,and treatment of mental illness,and proposes suggestions to help improve cultural competence in the treatment of mental illness.关键词
