Abstract
Aiming at the weak theoretical research of equipment in-service assessment,an evaluation method based on intuitionistic fuzzy set(IFS)and multi-criteria optimization compromise decision-making(VIKOR)is proposed.Starting from the research on the basic problems of in-service assessment,the organization procedure,assessment content and organization opportunity of in-service assessment are analyzed.The composition of the equipment in-service suitability evaluation indicators is clarified,and an equipment in-service suitability evaluation model based on IFS-VIKOR is established.By comprehensively considering relative weight and position weight,and combining intuitionistic fuzzy mixed weighted aggregation operator,the final weight of the indicator is scientifically determined,and then a mixed decision matrix is constructed to evaluate and simulate the suitability of in-service satellites.Through comparative analysis,the validity and stability of the model are verified,which provides a method reference for in-service suitability assessment.关键词
