摘要

Abstract

As an important part of clinical medicine,psychiatry is closely related to medical psychology,neurology,neu-roimaging,internal medicine,pharmacology and other disciplines.The diagnosis of mental illness lacks objective physical examination and laboratory gold standards,and the pathogenesis of most mental disorders is not well understood.Therefore,it is particularly difficult to train qualified clinical personnel with post competency in psychiatry compared with other disci-plines.Based on the current teaching and training system of psychiatry,the research team pointed out the current status and deficiencies of the training of clinical personnel in psychiatry,and proposed a"seeking common ground while reserving dif-ferences"teaching reform plan to establish the training of clinical personnel in psychiatry.By improving the curriculum,adopting multi-form teaching mode,standardizing student rotation,assessment and teacher teaching,optimizing vocational education and other methods,the talent training mode is perfected and optimized,so as to better play the teaching function of Hunan Brain Hospital,train a large number of competent psychiatrists at all levels and meet the requirements of national development.
