Short range rehabilitation effect of Satir model intervention on depressed adolescent accompanied by suicidal ideation or behavior

Abstract
Objective:To study the intervention effect of Satir model psychological counseling on depressed adoles-cents accompanied by suicidal ideation or behavior.Methods:Using a convenient sampling method,depressed adoles-cent accompanied by suicidal ideation or behavior with a total SCL—90 score higher than 206 were included in the study.Among them,35 cases of continuous counseling using the Satir model were included in the research group,and 16 cases of non—Satir model counseling were included in the control group.The research group observed the reduc-tion or disappearance of depressive symptoms,disappearance of suicidal ideation and behavior,a total score of SCL—90 below 160,or termination of consultation due to the client's own reasons as the endpoint.Depressed adolescents ac-companied by suicidal ideation or behavior who did not receive Satir model psychological counseling in the control group were evaluated with two SCL—90 scales(with an interval of more than two weeks)as the starting and ending points for observation.We compared the reduction or disappearance of depressive symptoms and suicidal ideation or behavior in two groups of cases,and used the total score of SCL—90 below 206 as the number and percentage of ca-ses with effective improvement in counseling,compared the number and percentage of cases with the total score of SCL—90 between 160 and 206,and below 160,compared the number of people with suicidal ideation and behavior disappearing in both groups,compared the total score and factor scores of two groups of SCL—90 scales,and calcu-late the average number of consultations in cases where the total score of SCL—90 in the research group decreased to below 160,as well as the average number of consultations in cases where suicidal ideation and behavior disappeared.Results:There were 31 cases in the research group where depressive symptoms disappeared and improved,and sui-cidal ideation and behavior disappeared.The total score of SCL—90 was less than 206,with an effective rate of 88.57％;Among them,25 cases(71.43％)had a total score of SCL—90 below 160,reaching a healthy level;The re-maining 4 cases showed improvement in symptoms,with a total score of SCL—90 higher than 206,which did not meet the criteria for effective improvement.There were 2 cases(12.50％)in the control group with improved depres-sive symptoms,and the total score of SCL—90 was between 160 and 206 points,which was counted as effective im-provement.The remaining 14 cases(87.50％)showed no significant improvement in adolescent depressive and suicidal symptoms.The statistical results of the two groups of adolescents showed a statistically significant difference(x2=29.583,P＜0.001).There were 27 cases(77.14％)of suicidal ideation disappearance in the research group,and 2 cases(12.50％)in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(x2=18.706,P＜0.001).There were statistically significant differences in the total score and factor scores of the SCL—90 scale be-tween the two groups after intervention(t=-9.491～-3.242,P＜0.001～0.01).There were statistically significant differences in the total score and factor scores of the SCL—90 scale between the research group before and after in-tervention(t=4.399～11.011,P＜0.001).After consultation,25 cases(71.43％)of the research group showed that their depression accompanied by suicidal ideation and behavior disappeared,and the total score of SCL—90 decreased to below 160 points.The average number of consultations was 4.24±2.80.After consultation,27 cases(77.14％)of the research group showed that their suicidal ideation and behavior disappeared and there was no desire to end their own lives.The average number of consultations was 3.52±1.89.Conclusion:①Satir model psychological counseling has a good intervention effect on depressed adolescents accompanied by suicidal ideation or behavior.②Satir model counseling can quickly eliminate suicidal ideation and behavior in depressed adolescents,and improve their mental health status.关键词
