目标导向的认知矫正干预在男性精神分裂症患者中的应用效果
Application effect of goal-oriented cognitive correction intervention in patients with schizophrenia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of goal-oriented cognitive correction intervention in male patients with schizophre-nia.Methods A total of 80 male patients with schizophrenia admitted to the Second Department of Andrology of Shangrao Third People's Hospital from January 3,2020 to February 5,2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received conventional cognitive correction intervention,and the observation group receieved goal-oriented cognitive correc-tion intervention.The intervention effects,positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS),emotional state,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The PANSS scores of observation group was lower than that of control group after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The quality of life scores of observation group was lower than that of control group after intervention,and the difference was statistically signifiicant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Goal-oriented cognitive correction intervention is an effective nursing intervention method,which can help patients with schizophrenia improve their cognitive function and social ability,and personalized nursing intervention can be carried out according to patients'specific conditions and needs to achieve the best clinical effect.关键词
