基于ISM的战略级弹药订购因素分析

摘要
Abstract
Ordering factor analysis is a key problem to be solved in the implementation of strategic ammunition ordering.It is of great significance to plan,construct and apply ammunition resources in detail and accurately,and realize reasonable ammunition reserve scale and structure for accurate ammunition support.Based on the analysis of ammunition ordering objectives,from the six aspects of top-level design,demand sources,ammunition logistics capacity,production capacity reserve,ordering economic benefits,ammunition support efficiency,an ammunition ordering decision-making influencing factor system composing of 16 factors is constructed,and the influencing factors are analyzed with interpretative structural model,and 4 key influencing factors of ammunition ordering including strategic task,expenditure input,storage capability,production capability are obtained,the basis is provided for the improvement of strategic ammunition ordering job.关键词
