数字五步管理法在维持性血液透析患者中的应用效果
Application effect of digital five step management method in maintenance hemodialysis patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of digital five step management method in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 62 maintenance hemodialysis patients admitted to Ganzhou Hospital(Ganzhou Municipal Hos-pital)of Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(31 cases)underwent routine health management,while the ex-perimental group(31 cases)underwent digital five step management.The compliance behavior,physiological indicators,malnutrition,and nutritional status of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of medication method,daily protein intake,daily liquid intake,exercise exercise and food matching method in the two groups of patients were higher than before the intervention,and the scores of medication method,daily protein intake,daily liquid intake,exer-cise and food matching method in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically sig-nificant differences(P＜0.05).After intervention,the serum total protein and hemoglobin(Hb)levels of the two groups of patients were higher than before intervention,and the serum total protein and Hb levels of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).There was no statistically signifi-cant difference in the incidence of malnutrition between the two groups of patients before intervention(P＜0.05).The inci-dence of malnutrition in the experimental group patients at 1 and 3 months after intervention was lower than that before and in the control group,the incidence of malnutrition in the control group patients at 1 month after intervention was lower than that before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the levels of intacti-parathyroid hormone(iPTH),phosphorus(P),and fibroblast growth factor-23(FGF-23)in the experimental group were low-er than those before intervention and the control group,while the levels of calcium(Ca)were higher than those before inter-vention and the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).After intervention,the P level of the con-trol group patients was lower than before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of digital five step management method in maintenance hemodialysis patients can reduce malnutrition,im-prove their nutritional status,and enhance their compliance behavior.关键词
