摘要

Abstract

According to the combat process of electronic warfare system in the OODA loop scenario,the intelligent characteristics of the cognitive electronic warfare system is analyzed.Such capabilities as environmental perception,autonomous learning reasoning,adaptive interference decision-making,etc of the cognitive electronic warfare system are combined to analyze and to study the intelligent level characterization methods and parameters.Based on Analytic Network Process(ANP),an evaluation index system of the intelligent level of cognitive electronic warfare system is proposed,which is a qualitative and quantitative combination for evaluating the intelligence level of cognitive electronic warfare system and for providing the evaluation basis and reference of intelligent level of cognitive electronic warfare system.
