农村初中留守儿童自我调节疲劳、抑郁情绪与短视频使用的交叉滞后研究OA
Cross—lag study of self—regulated fatigue,depression and short video use among left—behind children in rural middle schools
目的:探究农村初中留守儿童自我调节疲劳、抑郁情绪与短视频使用之间的因果关系.方法:采用 自我调节疲劳量表、抑郁量表、短视频使用强度量表对259名初中留守儿童进行为期16周两阶段的纵向追踪调查.结果:①农村初中留守儿童自我调节疲劳与抑郁情绪呈显著正相关(T1:r=0.69,P<0.01;T2:r=0.70,P<0.01);农村初中留守儿童抑郁情绪与短视频使用呈显著正相关(T1:r=0.24,P<0.01;T2:r=0.34,P<0.01);农村初中留守儿童自我调节疲劳与短视频使用呈显著正相关(T1:r=0.33,P<0.01;T2:r=0.40,P<0.01).②农村初中留守儿童自我调节疲劳与短视频使用存在性别差异,女生得分高于男生.③控制了前测自我调节疲劳与短视频使用后,前测抑郁情绪显著正向预测后测自我调节疲劳(β=0.16,P<0.05);在控制了前测自我调节疲劳与抑郁情绪后,前测短视频使用显著正向预测后测抑郁情绪(β=0.29,P<0.001).结论:农村初中留守儿童自我调节疲劳、抑郁情绪与短视频使用之间的动态作用关系,对于农村初中留守儿童短视频使用与心理发展具有一定的指导价值.
Objective:To explore the causal relationship between self—regulated fatigue,depression and short video use among left—behind children in rural middle schools.Methods:A two—stage longitudinal follow—up investigation was conducted in 259 left—behind children in junior middle school for 16 weeks with self—regulation fatigue scale,depression scale and short video use intensity scale.Results:①There was a significantly positive correlation between self—regulated fatigue and depression among left—behind children in rural middle schools(T1:r=0.69,P<0.01;T2:r=0.70,P<0.01);There was a significantly positive correlation between self—regulation fatigue and short vid-eo use among left—behind children in rural middle schools(T1:r=0.33,P<0.01;T2:r=0.40,P<0.01).②There were gender differences between self—regulation fatigue and short video use among left—behind children in rural middle schools,and the score of girls was higher than that of boys.③After controlling for pre—test self—regulation fatigue and short video use,pre—test depression significantly positively predicted post—test self—regulation fatigue(β=0.16,P<0.05);After controlling for pre—test self—regulation of fatigue and depression,pre—test short videos used significantly positive predicted post—test depression(β=0.29,P<0.001).Conclusion:This study reveals the dy-namic relationship between self—regulated fatigue,depression and short video use of left—behind children in rural middle schools,which has certain guiding value for short video use and psychological development of left—behind children in rural middle schools.
