基于多级统筹图的任务管理及优化方法研究
Research on the Task Management and Optimization Method Based on Multi-level Overall Planning Chart

Abstract
With the development of modern industry and the division of responsibilities,the current overall planning chart with single-layer structure is not suitable for multi-level relations,not flexible organization cooperation,and not efficient reorganization task,etc.The relationship between current typical tasks is studied,and three kinds of relationships among multi-tasks:pre-post,main-branch and parent-child are found.Then,the nested structure is used to support the expansion of complex overall planning chart,and an improved multi-level overall planning chart is proposed.According to the dynamic programming idea of the shortest path in network chart,the critical paths of the complex tasks are adjusted and optimized,which can improve the organizing ability and accomplishment efficiency of the multi-level task management.On the premise of not adding the extra resource consumption in the proposed case,the brunch construction of task nodes and parent-child disassembly,the task execution time of the case has been reduced from 11 hours to 8 hours.The results show that the improved multi-level overall planning chart can-deal with the multi-level relationships of complex task and can reduce the time consumption of the task.关键词
