Abstract
Knee arthroscopy has been widely used in the examination,diagnosis and treatment of knee joint diseases.Com-pared with traditional knee joint open surgery,knee arthroscopy has the characteristics of less trauma,less bleeding,less complications and faster recovery,and is the preferred surgical method for many patients with knee joint diseases.However,knee arthroscopy is still an invasive procedure,and the normal tissue structure of the human body must be destroyed during surgery,resulting in obvious postoperative pain.Good postoperative analgesia can accelerate the activity of patients'joints,reduce the occurrence of postoperative knee stiffness and adhesion,alleviate the stress response caused by noxious stimulation,enhance the postoperative immune function,shorten the hospital stay,and promote the rapid postoperative recovery.Postoperative analgesia of knee joint has become a clinical concern and has been widely used.At present,the treatment methods include Chinese herbal decoction,Chinese herbal fumigation,acupuncture,transcutaneous electric stimulation of acupoints,and analgesic drugs,intracavitary injection,nerve block,epidural block,etc.This article reviews the clinical application of postoperative analgesia after knee arthroscopy.关键词
