Optimization Design and Policy Recommendations of Taximeter
摘要
Abstract
The optimization of traditional taximeter and the improvement of supporting policies are of great significance for the formation of a scientific tariff mechanism,industry transformation and upgrading,and the improvement of regulatory energy efficiency in China's taxi industry.Based on the current reform needs of the taxi industry and the main problems existing in traditional taximeter,this paper considered that the reform of taximeter should realize the remote real-time price adjustment,improve the efficiency of su-pervision and eliminate the policy obstacles.The paper also put forward the design idea of a new type taxi-meter based on electronic sealing technology with remote control,flexible pricing and other functions.As the taximeter belongs to the national mandatory calibration measuring instrument,its appearance and func-tion are constrained by national mandatory standards.Therefore,this article also analyzed the terms of the existing standards which are not applicable to the new meter pricing equipment from an application perspective.And based on the actual situation of the industry,this paper proposed targeted counter-measures and suggestions such as improving the policy standard system,encouraging innovation,and orderly promotion and application.关键词
