复方黄柏液涂剂对肛周脓肿一次性根治术后创面愈合和炎症因子的影响
Effect of Compound Huangbai Liquid Paint on wound healing and in-flammatory factors after one-off radical surgery for perianal abscess
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Compound Huangbai Liquid Paint on wound healing and inflammatory factors after one-off radical surgery for perianal abscess.Methods A total of 80 patients with perianal abscess treated in Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the reference group(40 cases)and the study group(40 cases)by random number table method.The reference group was treated with oral Diosmin+Potassium Permanganate sitz bath,and the study group was treated with Compound Huangbai Liquid Paint on the basis of the reference group.The wound healing time of the two groups was counted,and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,serum fibronectin(FN),cytokine CD68 in granulation tissue,serum interleukin-6(IL-6),and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)levels before treatment and 14 days after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 14 days of treatment,the levels of serum FN and cytokine CD68 in granulation tissue in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,IL-6 and IL-1β levels in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the wound healing time in the study group was shorter than that in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Compound Huangbai Liquid Paint combined with conventional therapy in the treatment of perianal abscess after one-off radical resection is better,which is beneficial to control clinical symptoms,accelerate wound healing,reduce inflammatory reaction,and improve clinical treatment effect.关键词
