新型细胞因子白细胞介素-38在强直性脊柱炎患者中的表达变化及临床意义
Expression changes and clinical significance of novel cytokine interleukin-38 in patients with ankylosing sporidylitis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of novel cytokine interleukin-38(IL-38)in patients with ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods A total of 80 patients with AS treated in Jiujiang NO.1 People's Hospital from January to May 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 80 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The ratio of regulatory T cells(Treg)to T helper cell 17(Th17),IL-38,interleukin-17(IL-17),interleukin-10(IL-10),C-reactive protein(CRP)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)were detected.The levels of IL-38,IL-17,IL-10,CRP,ESR and the ratio of Th17,Treg cells were compared between the two groups,and the correlation between the levels of IL-38,the ratio of Th17,Treg cells and IL-17,IL-10,CRP and ESR were analyzed.The bath ankylosing spondylitis activity index(BASDAI)and ankylosing spondylitis disease activity score(ASDAS)of AS patients were recorded,and the correlation between these indexes and IL-38 were analyzed.Results IL-17,CRP,ESR and the ratios of Th 17 cells in observation group were higher than those in control group,while IL-38,the ratios of Treg cells and IL-10 were lower than those in control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).IL-38 level was negatively correlated with IL-17,CRP,ESR and the ratio of Th17 cells,and positively correlated with the ratio of Treg cells and IL-10 in AS patients(P＜0.05).The BASDAI score and ASDAS score of AS patients were(3.50±1.11)and(2.96±0.67)point.IL-38 was negatively correlated with BASDAI and ASDAS scores in AS patients(P＜0.05).Conclusion The decrease of IL-38 level in AS patients is closely related to the disease activity and inflammatory activity indicators of patients,and may be involved in the occurrence and progression of the disease.关键词
