Abstract
Building a scientific and reasonable interest linkage mechanism is an important means to promote the stable development of leading enterprises and farmers,and also a necessary starting point to realize rural vitalization.With cooperatives as the carrier,enter-prise J makes up for the lack of income"inside"the intermediate agricultural production link through the profits"outside"from the sales of agricultural materials and the intensive processing of products at both ends of the smile curve,and adopts the core mode of a secondary dividend of equity alliance to enable the farmers"inside"the production link to share the benefits"outside"the sales link.With the help of the"professional farmer representative system"and the"nongshibao"management service software,the"outside"farmers can effectively participate in the"inside"affairs of the enterprise,and the"inside"data can be automatically generated by the system to solve the dilemma of agricultural production management and supervision that acquaintances cannot face the"outside".Through the village-enterprise cooperation mode of"mutual benefit and win-win",the boundary between"outside"enterprises and"inside"villages can be weakened,and the local social foundation of rural capital can be consolidated.In the form of"both internal and external",all cooperation subjects will gather together,form a stable interest consortium,establish a multi-participation and mul-tilevel close interest association mechanism,consolidate the foundation of multi-subject cooperation interests,and promote the sustain-able development of capital to the countryside.关键词
