Review on Industrialization Development Status and Prospect of Panax ginseng Processing
摘要
Abstract
Panax ginseng is a unique traditional Chinese herbal medicine in our country.It is also a representative traditional Chinese medicine resource with a long history of application,with the most significant activity and rich nutritional value.Strengthening ginseng processing and promoting the modern development of ginseng industry have important strategic and practical significance for strengthening the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine processing,standardiz-ing the quality of medicinal materials,and improving the healthy development of our country's gin-seng industry.By summarizing the application and efficacy of fresh ginseng,the processing and in-dustrialization of ginseng,and combining the work practice of this research group,we analyze and summarize the current application potential of ginseng in the development of classic prescriptions,medicinal products and their series of products,and analyze the problems in the quality and process-ing of ginseng slices.Meantime,from the perspective of efficient development of ginseng and sustain-able development of resources,suggestions and prospects for strengthening the quality standards,pro-cessing level,and industrial healthy development of ginseng slices are proposed,providing theoreti-cal reference and basis for the standardized processing,deep development,and comprehensive utili-zation of ginseng.关键词
