Exploration of Qin Changyu's thoughts on treating hemtemesin
摘要
Abstract
Qin Changyu,a doctor in the late Ming Dynasty,never stops writing all his life and produces a lot of works.He inherits and carries forward the experience and thoughts of previous generations of doctors in the differentiation and treatment of hematemesis,and puts forward some unique ideas as well.He believes it is the key to the onset of hematemesis that the spleen cannot control the blood and the blood is carried up by fire.He proposes a method to judge the location of the disease and speculate on its prognosis by distinguishing the color of blood.In terms of its treatment principle,he advocates that fire in the blood should be removed first,and essential yin should be replenished after haematemesis stops.He also divides hematemesis into one that is caused by external infections and another that is caused by internal injuries.As for the former,an attention should be attached to the relationship between the change in its condition and the transmission of meridians,while with regard to the latter,an emphasis should be directed to differentiating the medication for treating different diseased viscera.关键词
