心力衰竭中医病因病机探微
Study on the etiology and pathogenesis of heart failure in traditional Chinese medicine
摘要
Abstract
This article analyzes the ancient doctors'understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of heart failure by sorting out the discussions of"chest paralysis","palpitation","edema","asthma syndrome"in the classic books of traditional Chinese medicine such as Huangdi Neijing and Nan Jing.The discussion features six aspects,including heart failure by exogenous pathogens,by endogenous heart and kidney,by endogenous blood vessels due to improper diet,by the liver affected by pathogens,by endogenous pectoral qi,by endogenous blood vessels in which blood stasis accumulates.The analysis is expected to explore the advantages and value of traditional Chinese medicine in the emergency treatment of heart failure.关键词
