益气活血法在糖尿病视网膜病变中的应用
Application of invigorating qi and activating blood in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy
摘要
Abstract
Diabetic retinopathy,one of the common microvascular complications of diabetes mellitus,is characterized by retinal capillary occlusion,which may in most cases lead to retinal microangiomas,edema,hemorrhage,etc.,and in turn lead to blurred vision and even blindness.At present,the treatment methods of western medicine have poor timeliness and some adverse effects.Chinese medicine places more emphasis on a holistic approach in treatment,regulating qi and blood,and improving the patients'vision.According to the Huangdi Neijing,both water and blood are generated by the essence of water and grain,and a deficiency of qi and blood,failing to nourish the whole body,prevents the essence of the body from reaching the eyes,leading to a variety of ophthalmopathies.Based on the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy in traditional Chinese medicine,in combination with the existing experimental and clinical research results,this paper expounds the mechanisms of diabetic retinopathy treatment with the method of promoting qi and blood.关键词
