Advances in Biocatalytic Transformation and Hypoglycemic Activity Research of Rare Ginsenosides
摘要
Abstract
Rare ginsenosides have shown promising therapeutic effects in the management of dia-betes and its associated complications.This review provides an overview of the latest research prog-ress in the biocatalytic transformation of rare ginsenosides.Furthermore,it summarizes their di-verse roles in combating diabetes and its complications,including enhancing insulin sensitivity,preserving pancreatic islet β cells,promoting glucose uptake by peripheral tissues,and exerting an-tioxidative and anti-inflammatory effects.These findings serve as a valuable reference for the effi-cient conversion of rare ginsenosides and facilitate their application in the field of diabetes treat-ment.关键词
