基于VOSviewer和CiteSpace近30年久坐行为医学相关研究的发展脉络与趋势
The development lineage and trend of sedentary behavioral medicine related research in the last three decades based on VOSviewer and CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective:To analyze research hotspots and development trend of sedentary behavioral medicine by visualization analysis in the past 30 years at home and abroad.Methods:The literature regarding sedentary behavioral medicine were retrieved from CNKI and Web of Science(WOS)database,which were published from the establishment of the database to May 2023,and the retrieval results were visually analyzed and summarized with the help of VOSviewer and CiteSpace visualization software.Results:A total of 6 994 articles were included,and the annual number of publications showed a steady growth trend,with the United States ranking first in the world.The research hotspots at home and abroad tended to be consistent,mainly focusing on the epidemiological study of sedentary behaviors and the intervention of sedentary behaviors.Conclusions:At present,the research in this field in China is relatively lagging behind.In the future,we should expand the research objects and pay attention to the pathological study of sedentary behaviors.We should continue to strengthen cross-national and cross-institutional multidisciplinary exchanges and cooperation,explore sedentary behavior intervention measures in line with Chinese national conditions and social background,and promote Chinese research in this field.关键词
