人参皂苷Rg1对Fusarium solani诱导作用及相关酶活性的影响
Effects of Ginsenoside Rg1 on Induction of Fusarium solani and Re-lated Enzyme Activities

Abstract
Ginseng root rot samples were isolated from the main ginseng producing region of Jilin province,and 130 strains were obtained and identified as Fusarium solani by morphology and mo-lecular biology.Using growth rate method,hyphal dry weight method and spore germination method,the optimal Rg,concentration for inducing Fusarium solani were selected,and the effects of the opti-mal Rg,concentration on the activity of defense-related enzymes were analyzed,which provides a reference basis for clarifying the participation of F.solani in ginseng continuous cropping obstacles.The experimental group was set up based on the optimal concentration screened out,and the activi-ties of the 6 related enzymes,peroxidase(POD),polyphenol oxidase(PPO),catalase(CAT),phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL),lipoxygenase(LOX)and superoxide dismutase(SOD),were measured.When concentration of Rg,was 5 mg/L,mycelial growth rate was 9.33 mm/d after 4 days of culture,spore germination rate(SGR)was 35.17%(P<0.05),and dry weight of myce-lium was(946.11±12.73)mg(P<0.05),promotion rate of mycelial growth was 3.466%(P<0.05),promotion rate of spore germination was 44.55%,and promotion rate of hyphal dry weight was 9.59%.The strongest induction effect on F.solani was observed,and the activities of POD,CAT and LOX enzymes were significantly improved(P<0.05)under the induction effect of this concentra-tion.关键词
