八珍汤联合体外高频治疗对恶性肿瘤增效减毒作用分析
Synergistic and detoxifying effect of Bazhen Tang combined with extracorporeal high-frequency therapy in the treatment of malignant tumors

Abstract
Objective To explore the synergistic and detoxifying effect of Bazhen Tang combined with extracorporeal high-frequency therapy in the treatment of malignant tumors.Methods According to the random number table method,100 patients with malignant tumors were divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was treated with chemotherapy combined with extracorporeal high-frequency therapy,while the observation group was treated with Bazhen Tang orally on the basis of the control group.The changes in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,immune function indicators,quality of life scores,progression-free survival and total survival,drug toxicity and side effects were observed before and after treatment in the two groups,and the total benefit rate was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,the levels of CD8+indicators,and the total benefit rate of drug toxicity and side effects were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,the SF-36 scores,the progression-free survival and total survival,and the total benefit rate of treatment were all higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of oral administration of Bazhen Tang and extracorporeal high-frequency therapy can play a synergistic and detoxifying role in inhibiting the development of tumors,reducing the toxic side effects caused by chemotherapy drugs,improving the body's immune capacity,and improving the quality of life of patients.关键词
