A Research on the Evaluation and Improvement Strategies of the Innovation Resilience of the Manufacturing Industry in Jiangxi Province within the Context of Macroeconomic Uncertainty

Abstract
This paper evaluates and analyzes the innovation resilience of the manufacturing industry in Jiangxi Province from 2012 to 2020 with the entropy weight method and TOPSIS method by constructing an evaluation index system for the innovation resilience of manufacturing industry.Then it makes an empirical study of the impact of macroeconomic uncertainty on the resilience of its manufacturing in-dustry.The research has found that the innovation resilience of the manufacturing industry in Jiangxi Province continues to improve and progress rapidly,but it is still at a relatively low level.The main fac-tors for the low-level innovation resilience of its manufacturing industry include insufficient investment in innovation sources,less innovation output,lack of innovative talents,inadequate financial support,and weak local market demand.Macroeconomic uncertainty has a significant negative impact on the in-novation resilience of its manufacturing industry.A sound innovation atmosphere and a fully competitive market environment are conducive to the improvement of the innovation resilience of its manufacturing industry.Therefore,it puts forward such important measures for Jiangxi Province to enhance the innova-tion resilience of its manufacturing industry as increasing research and development investment,strengthening financial support for innovation,introducing and cultivating more scientific and techno-logical innovation talents,striving to create a cultural atmosphere of innovation,and building a market environment of fair competition.关键词
