Abstract
High-level scientific and technological talents are crucial in the talent strategy,and it is urgent for small and medium-sized cities to gather such talents to obtain development momentum.This paper analyzes the problems faced by small and medium-sized cities in the development of the gathering of high-level scientific and technological talents,including lack of environmental construction,poor industrial talent gathering,difficulty in applying for talent projects,and low demand for overseas intelligence.It also puts forward targeted suggestions from multiple dimensions such as improving condition guarantees,enhancing industrial support,strengthening collaborative innovation,and introducing overseas talents.That means efforts shall be made to improve the environment,strengthen industries,promote innovation,and attract more overseas talents,hoping to boost the gathering of high-level scientific and technological talents in small and medium-sized cities and improve the level of urban scientific and technological innovation.关键词
