慢痞消组方中药对嗜黏蛋白阿克曼菌、大肠杆菌和粪肠球菌的增殖影响及药效规律初探
A preliminary study on the effects and pharmacological principles of traditional Chinese medicines in the Manpixiao formula on the proliferation of akkermansia muciniphila,escherichia coli,and enterococcus faecalis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the regulatory effects and pharmacological regularities of traditional Chinese medicines in the Manpixiao formula on the proliferation of akkermansia muciniphila(Akk),escherichia coli(E.coli),and enterococcus faecalis(E.fa),three characteristic strains of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC)rats.Methods The morphology and genetic characteristics of the three bacterial strains were identified by microscopy and genome sequencing analysis.The turbidimetric method was used to detect the effects of different concentrations of the water extracts of each of the 12 traditional Chinese medicines(TCMs)in Manpixiao decoction on the proliferation of the three bacterial strains.A clustering analysis was performed to determine the pharmacological regularity of each TCM in regulating the proliferation of the three bacterial strains.Results The quality of the three bacterial strains were identified as qualified through microscopy and genomic sequencing analysis.Largehead atractylodes rhizome,Radix salviae miltiorrhizae,liquorice root,rose flower,villous amomum fruit,heterophylly falsestarwort root,and fragrant solomonseal rhizome could promote the proliferation of Akk,while largehead atractylodes rhizome,Radix salviae miltiorrhizae,rose flower,smoked plum,citron fruit,fragrant solomonseal rhizome,and perilla stem could inhibit the proliferation of E.coli,and liquorice root,rose flower,villous amomum fruit,heterophylly falsestarwort root,smoked plum,citron fruit,fragrant solomonseal rhizome,and perilla stem could inhibit the proliferation of E.fa.The pharmacological regularities of the 12 TCMs in Manpixiao decoction on the regulation of the three bacterial strains were clustered into three categories:the qi-regulating,blood-activating,stasis-removing,and toxin-removing effects of dispelling the pathogenic factors:perilla stem,citron fruit,yanhusuo,hedyotis,rose flower,Radix salviae miltiorrhizae,and villous amomum fruit;the tonifying yang,nourishing yin,and generating fluid to invigorate health effects:fragrant solomonseal rhizome,heterophylly falsestarwort root,liquorice root,and smoked plum;the effects of tonifying qi,drying dampness,and assisting in the correction of the regulation to eliminate pathogenic factors:largehead atractylodes rhizome.Conclusion The Manpixiao formula has a certain regulatory effect on the characteristic bacteria of PLGC,namely,promoting the proliferation of probiotics Akk and inhibiting the proliferation of pathogenic bacteria E.coli and E.fa.关键词
