企业社会责任视角下"一带一路"倡议对企业价值的影响研究
A Research on the Impact of the Belt and Road Initiative on Enterprise Value from the Perspective of Corporate Social Responsibility:An Empirical Analysis Based on the PSM-DID Model

Abstract
Based on the perspective of corporate social responsibility,this paper uses the data of A-share listed companies and takes the Belt and Road Initiative as a quasi-natural experiment.Then it constructs a two-way fixed effect model of PSM-DID and an intermediary effect model to test the policy effect of the Belt and Road Initiative on enterprise value.The results show that the participation of en-terprises in the Belt and Road Initiative can significantly enhance their value;the policy effect should be heterogeneous in different regions and industries;behaviors of corporate social responsibility at specific time nodes have a partially masking impact on the promotion effect of the Belt and Road Initiative on enterprise value.In view of the above conclusions and the development requirements of the Belt and Road Initiative,this paper proposes that enterprises should plan the"going global"strategy according to the real-time development opportunities and their own realities,and the government needs to adjust measures in line with local conditions and make overall planning and coordination as a way to help to build a high-quality development pattern.关键词
