Abstract
Science and technology expert database plays an important role in scientific and technologi-cal innovation,decision-making consultation,and improvement of scientific decision-making.This pa-per examines the approval and review,demonstration,mid-term supervision,and final acceptance of science and technology planning projects.Based on the utilization of the Nanchang Science and Tech-nology Expert Database,it makes an in-depth analysis of its actuality and existing problems.It also puts forward some ideas for establishing Nanchang Science and Technology Expert Database and several measures for optimizing it.关键词
