大数据能力对公司创业的影响研究
Impact of Big Data Capabilities on Corporate Entrepreneurship:A Case Study of Information Technology Enterprises

Abstract
Based on the data-driven perspective,this paper constructs a theoretical model for the impact of big data capabilities and knowledge integration on corporate entrepreneurship within the context of the digital economy.Then it makes an empirical test of 310 copies of entrepreneurship data with the fol-lowing findings:the resource acquisition capability of big data as well as its analytical integration capa-bility has a remarkable positive impact on company entrepreneurship,on which its discerning and pre-dicting capability exerts an obvious negative influence,though;its resource acquisition capability and analytical integration capability have a prominent positive effect on knowledge acquisition,knowledge fusion,and knowledge reconstruction,while with no obvious impact on knowledge acquisition and knowledge reconstruction,its discerning and predicting capability affects knowledge fusion in a signifi-cantly negative manner;knowledge acquisition,knowledge fusion,and knowledge reconstruction all have a remarkable positive impact on corporate entrepreneurship;and from the perspective of knowledge integration,knowledge fusion has a mediating effect between all dimensions of big data capabilities and corporate entrepreneurship,but knowledge acquisition and knowledge reconstruction have no mediating effect.关键词
