容积-黏度吞咽测试与个体化喂养在脑卒中后吞咽障碍病人中的应用
Volume-viscosity swallowing test and individualized feeding in patients with dysphagia after stroke

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of volume-viscosity swallowing test(V-VST)and individualized feeding in patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods:A total of 60 patients with dysphagia after stroke admitted to the hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 were divided into control group(evaluated by the Wada drinking water test and conducted routine feeding program intervention)and observation group(V-VST test and individualized feeding program intervention)by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The rate of indwelling gastric tube,incidence of aspiration pneumonia,nutritional status and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The rate of indwelling gastric tube and aspiration pneumonia in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).The levels of serum albumin(ALB),hemoglobin(Hb)and prealbumin(PA)in observation group were higher than those in control group after intervention(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of physiological/cognitive,psychological,economic status,work or study dimension in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions:V-VST test and individualized feeding intervention can reduce the incidence of gastric tube indwelling,reduce the incidence of aspiration pneumonia,improve the nutritional status of patients and improve the quality of life of patients with swallowing disorder after stroke.关键词
