穴位贴敷治疗原发性痛经机制的研究进展
Research progress on the mechanism of acupoint application in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea
摘要
Abstract
Primary dysmenorrhea(PD)is a common gynecological disease,and acupoint application therapy has a significant effect in treating the disease.By summarizing and analyzing the mechanisms of acupoint application therapy on PD,it is found that they involve multiple aspects,such as regulating endocrine hormones,releasing analgesic substances,reducing inflammatory responses,modulating uterine mechanical factors,and improving uterine contractions and relaxation,which can all alleviate pain and discomfort caused by PD.Studying the differential mechanisms of the multi-pathway effects of acupoint application therapy on PD and better understanding them help provide a scientific basis for optimizing clinical acupoint application therapies in the treatment of PD.关键词
