中西医对肠道菌群与冠心病关系的研究及治疗进展
Study on the relationship between intestinal flora and coronary heart disease in Chinese medicine and western medicine and the progress in its treatment
摘要
Abstract
Coronary heart disease,or coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,can be classified as"chest bi"or"heartache"in traditional Chinese medicine according to its main characteristics and clinical manifestations.In view of the complexity of its pathogenesis,atherosclerosis(AS)is held to be its pathological basis.Recent studies have found that intestinal flora can accelerate the occurrence of AS on one hand,and have the effect of anti-atherosclerosis on the other hand.In this paper,the relationship between intestinal flora and atherosclerosis is reviewed from the perspectives of both Chinese medicine and western medicine,and the methods of treating coronary heart disease by regulating intestinal flora in the two medical system are summarized,and the relationships between intestinal flora compositions and its metabolites and the disease are systematically expounded,aiming at providing more reference for exploring the relationship between intestinal flora and coronary heart disease and its treatment of integrated Chinese and western medicine.关键词
