大青龙汤研究进展
Research progress of Daqinglong Decoction
摘要
Abstract
Daqinglong Decoction,first recorded in the Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases,is composed of seven Chinese medicines.It is an ancient prescription by Zhang Zhongjing for treating the syndromes of external cold and internal heat,excess in both superficies and interior.Modern research shows that Daqinglong Decoction has the pharmacological effects of anti-virus,antipyretic and anti-inflammation,while chemical composition research shows that the formula contains alkaloids,phenylpropanoids,flavonoids,organic acids,triterpenes and other components,Clinically,it is mostly used to treat cold,anhidrosis,asthma,acute nephritis and other diseases by being flexibly modified or combining with western medicines.This paper reviews the historical evolution,pharmacological actions,chemical compositions and clinical application of Daqinglong Decoction by consulting relevant literature,with the view of providing reference for its further study and rational application.关键词
