摘要

Abstract

In order to explore the influence of rectangular groove casing on the aerodynamic performance and noise of axial flow fan,the unipolar axial flow fan is taken as the research object.FLUENT is used to numerically calculate the performance of casing fan in each scheme,and Lighthill acoustic analogy is used to predict the noise.The results show that the rectangular groove casing can reduce the total pressure of the fan and improve the efficiency.The flow field in the blade tip region is more disordered,the static pressure on the blade surface is redistributed,the development of the leakage flow is slowed down,and the power capacity of the impeller is reduced.The near-field of the axial fan is dominated by discrete noise,the noise in the tip region is the largest,followed by the trailing edge region,and the noise in the leading edge region is the smallest.The rectangular groove casing has a significant effect on the noise of the fan,and a reasonable slotted structure can reduce the noise of the fan.The reliability of the numerical calculation is verified by experiments,which provides data support and experimental basis for the study of aerodynamic performance and noise of axial flow fan.
