老年结直肠癌患者行永久性造口术后病耻感与心理弹性、社会支持度的相关性分析OACSTPCD
Analysis of relationship between stigma and psychological resilience and social support in elderly patients with colorectal cancer after permanent colostomy
目的 探索老年结直肠癌患者永久性造口术后病耻感及其与心理弹性和社会支持度的关系.方法 回顾性分析2020 年4 月—2023 年5 月海安市人民医院就诊的83 例结直肠癌患者的病历资料.采用社会影响量表(SIS)评估患者病耻感,心理弹性量表评估患者心理弹性,社会支持度量表评估患者社会支持度,同时分析患者病耻感与心理弹性和社会支持度的关系.结果 老年结直肠癌患者永久性造口术后的病耻感、心理弹性和社会支持度处于中高水平;Pearson相关性分析显示,…查看全部>>
