地屈孕酮辅助宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术治疗对患者子宫内膜厚度、VEGF水平及复发率的影响
Effects of Dydrogesterone Assisted Hysteroscopic Transcervical Resection of Polyps on Endometrial Thickness,VEGF Level and Recurrence Rate after

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Dydrogesterone assisted hysteroscopic transcervical resection of polyps(TCRP)on endometrial thickness,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)level and recurrence rate.Methods A total of 124 cases of intrauterine polyps treated from June 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into observation group(Dydrogesterone-assisted TCRP treatment,n =66)and control group(single TCRP treat-ment,n =58)according to different treatment methods.The clinical efficacy,endometrial thickness,VEGF level,recurrence rate,menstruation of the two groups,and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the observation group were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.45%(63/66),which was higher than that of the control group[75.86%(44/58)](P＜0.01).At 3 months after treatment,endometrial thickness and VEGF levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).At 1 year after treatment,the improvement of menstruation in observation group was better than that in control group(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate at 9 and 12 months after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).During the treatment,no adverse reactions such as nausea,breast pain,abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding occurred in the observation group.Conclusion Dydrogesterone-assisted TCRP therapy is effective in patients with endometrial polyps,which can significantly improve endometrial thickness and VEGF levels,effectively reduce the recurrence rate,improve menstruation,and is safe and reliable.关键词
