CXCL10、LPA蛋白在卵巢癌组织中的表达及与预后的关系
Expressions of CXCL10 and LPA Proteins in Ovarian Cancer Tissues and Their Relationship with Prognosis

Abstract
Objective To analyze the expressions of CXC chemokine ligand 10(CXCL10)and lysophosphatidic acid(LPA)proteins in ovarian cancer tissues and their relationship with prognosis.Methods A total of 103 patients with primary ovarian cancer undergoing ovariectomy between January 2017 and December 2019 and 60 patients with benign ovarian tumors during the same period were enrolled as the research subjects.The ovarian tissue samples of all patients were collected after surgery to detect the expressions of CXCL10 and LPA proteins by immunohistochemistry.The expressions of CXCL10 and LPA proteins in different ovarian tissues were compared,and their relationship with clinical characteristics and prognosis of patients with ovarian cancer was analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of CXCL10 and LPA proteins in ovarian cancer tis-sues were68.93%(71/103)and75.73%(78/103)respectively,which were higher than those in benign ovarian tumor tis-sues[26.67%(16/60),33.33%(20/60),P<0.05].The expressions of CXCL10 and LPA proteins were related to dif-ferentiation degree of ovarian cancer,staging of International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO),ascites,lymph node metastasis and tumor diameter(P<0.05,P<0.01),but not related to age or histological types(P>0.05).The results of Kaplan-Meier survival curves analysis showed that 3-year progression-free survival rates in CXCL10-positive group and LPA-positive group were 23.94%and 20.51%respectively,which were lower than those in negative groups(40.63%,56.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion The expressions of CXCL10 and LPA proteins are up-regulated in ovarian cancer tissues.There are differences in the expressions of CXCL10 and LPA proteins among ovarian cancer patients with dif-ferent clinical characteristics,and the two indexes are both related to prognosis.关键词
