摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the friction and wear problem of the sliding electric contact of the pantograph of electrified railway,the wear characteristics of the pantograph slide were studied by using the self-made sliding electric contact tester of the pantograph slide,and the variation law of the wear rate with the contact current,sliding speed,pressure fluctuation amplitude and fluctuation frequency was obtained.Based on this,the mathematical model expression of the wear rate is constructed through the study of the proportional relationship between no-current-carrying wear,pressure load fluctuation wear,total wear rate under current-carrying friction and wear rate under pure mechanical friction by using Archard wear model.The combination of general global optimization algorithm and McQuart algorithm is used to optimize the parameter identification of the wear rate model expression,and the accuracy of the wear rate model is proved.The qualitative analysis of the wear rate is transformed into the quantitative analysis of the wear rate,which has certain guiding significance for further research on the wear of the arch mesh system.
