支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿血清ICAM-1、IL-17与IL-8变化及临床意义
Changes and Clinical Significance of Serum ICAM-1,IL-17,and IL-8 in Children with Acute Exacerbation of Bronchial Asthma

Abstract
Objective To analyze the changes and clinical significance of serum cell adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1),interleukin-17(IL-17)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in children with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma.Meth-ods In total,95 children with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma treated from February 2019 to February 2022 were se-lected as the observation group,and 99 healthy children undergoing physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Serum levels of ICAM-1,IL-17 and IL-8 were compared between the two groups,and were recorded in children with different disease conditions.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to investigate the risk factors af-fecting asthma control in children.Results The levels of ICAM-1,IL-17 and IL-8 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The levels of serum ICAM-1,IL-17 and IL-8 in children with more severe disease were also gradually increased(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that serum ICAM-1,IL-17 and IL-8 levels were independent risk factors affecting the control level of bronchial asthma in children(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclu-sion The levels of serum ICAM-1,IL-17 and IL-8 in children with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma are significantly increased,which has an important relationship with the occurrence and development of the disease.关键词
