京津冀创新能力水平测度与提升对策
Measurement and Promotion Countermeasures of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Innovation Ability Level

Abstract
Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration is the key engine of economic development in the north.We should focus on improving the innovation ability of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration,promote economic development with regional innovation,and then drive the country to achieve high-quality development.Taking the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration as the research object,based on the innovation development data of 13 prefecture-level cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei from 2013 to 2020,the entropy method is used to construct the evaluation index system of urban innovation ability from three dimensions of innovation input,innovation output and innovation environment,and the innovation ability of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration is analyzed.The study found that the innovation comprehensive ability of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration is constantly improving,and there is a certain gap between cities;Beijing's core position is obvious,which plays a leading role in the innovation and development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.On this basis,suggestions are put forward from the perspective of improving the level of collaborative innovation in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.关键词
