The Mechanism and Path of Digital Transformation of the Industrial Internet Empowering the Specialized and Special New Enterprises

Abstract
The empowerment of Industrial Internet promoting digital transformation of specialized and special new enterprises has become an important gripper for solving the technical problems of manufacturing'neck-stuck',and it is also an important problem to be solved urgently to achieve high-quality development of regional manufacturing.On the basis of scientifically defining the core concepts,based on the theory of value co-creation and the theory of innovation ecosystem,this paper deeply analyzes the mechanism of industrial Internet empowering the digital transformation of specialized and special new enterprises from the two dimensions of the enterprise itself and the external industrial chain.Next,taking Hebei Province for example,this paper combines the current situation and outstanding problems of the digital transformation of Hebei's specialized and special new enterprises,which are mainly manifested in the weak foundation of transformation,the low integration rate of management and control,the lack of talent supply,the lack of service supply and the lack of supporting measures.Finally,this paper puts forward the realization path of the digital transformation of Hebei's specialized and special new enterprises enabled by the industrial Internet,which can be devided into network strong base drive,platform development drive,data sharing drive and security protection drive.关键词
