Preparation of Mo-Zn0.5Cd0.5S@NiCo2S4 Doped-Heterojunction System and Its Bifunctional Photocatalytic Performance

Abstract
The Mo-Zn0.5Cd0.5S@NiCo2S4 doped-heterojunction system was prepared by solvent thermal and hydrothermal methods,and the crystal structure,surface composition,microscopic morphology and photovoltaic properties of the photocatalyst were systematically analyzed,and transient photocurrent char-acterization methods,and the electron transfer direction was elucidated by differential charge calculation.The results showed that the doping of Mo changed the lattice and energy band structure of Zn0.5Cd0.5S,and the construction of heterojunctions increased the photocatalytic active sites and accelerated the electron transfer rate.The photocatalytic activity was investigated by degrading tetracycline(TC)solution with H2 evolution under visible light irradiation.The optimal TC degradation of 75%and H2 evolution rate of 1 146.72μmol/g/h were achieved within 60 min.关键词
